do Eyecare (Optometric) Specialists do?
Some of
the activities you may be responsible for include: maintaining
patient charts, obtaining patient's histories, patient
screening, selecting frames for prescription mounting and
prescription verification. Frame adjusting & repairing is
also a vital service in eyecare. Patient contact lens
training, scheduling of appointments, typing correspondence,
and the ordering of supplies are other exciting duties.

do Eyecare (Optometric) Specialists work?

currently serve the profession in optometric and ophthalmology
offices and clinics. Ophthamologists, opticians, optometric
labs, public health facilities, and the armed services of the
